Functional training aims to improve strength, balance, co-ordination, endurance and agility all at once and is a great addition to any workout routine. Come along and learn new exercises and tips on how to get the most out of our functional training equipment, including Bosu ball, kettlebells, suspension training, plyo box and resistance bands. These classes are free for members of Peninsula Fitness.
